During the pandemic, I fell in love with neuroscience and positive psychology. After years of research, I realized happiness doesn’t have to be complicated, our bodies and brains are so beautifully designed. Small habits like saying thank you, spending time in nature, exercising, and sleeping well are all we truly need. That insight became the SMILES Framework, the foundation for WonderBooks: science-backed tools that help people discover their superpowers, live happier lives, and create a ripple effect for the world.

We designed the WonderBook series to be the ultimate personal transformation tool, a hybrid of storytelling, science lessons, hands-on activities, and journaling, designed to help people discover their innate superpowers without screens.

Each WonderBook is based on the SMILES Framework, blending science, stories, and activities to make emotional wellbeing fun, practical, and approachable. With six books covering Smile More, Mindfulness & Meditation, Gratitude, Love Unconditionally, Exercise Often, and Sleep Well, WonderBooks teach the neuroscience behind happiness, spark creativity, and help users build habits that improve mood, reduce stress, and strengthen resilience.

Designed in collaboration with educators, therapists, and scientists, WonderBooks are culturally inclusive, humor-filled, and engaging for anyone who wants to understand themselves better — all while having fun.
